The birthday gift at age 10 - a HORSE, grey appendix, eventually named Timex Quartz.
He was her pride and joy. She rode him in many lessons and shows and they made a great team with many ribbons. Her talent
was developing and she was ready to move on but Timex had taken her as far as he could and needed a new partner.
A very handsome arrival - 10 year old TB gelding from the track and for sale. Tall and with a white blaze - that was
irresistable - the two became a tean and were eventually
unbeatable. His name was STORM WARNING. He was the MHJA Children/Adult Jumper Champion two years in a row and his time
was never beaten. He drew a crowd wherever he showed. Everyone wanted to beat him - but that only happened if he dropped a
rail. He loved his job and could turn on a dime, and was fast. He would get mad if he faulted and was unable to do the jump
off. He had that "I'm mad" prance as he left the jumper ring.
